What are the shipping costs?
We believe in affordability and therefore cover part of the shipping costs! We only charge you €3.95 for shipping, and for orders over €59.95, we even ship for free!
Most jewelry is sent as a letterbox package with a track & trace code. For gift boxes, it is indicated whether it is a letterbox gift. Letterbox gifts are delivered through the mailbox and have the advantage that the recipient does not have to be home!
We ship with PostNL and DHL.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Do you want the gift box to be shipped on a specific date? Please indicate this with your order or send a message.
You will receive a track & trace code to follow your order.
I would like the order to be delivered on a specific date, is that possible?
Would you like to place an order and have it delivered on a specific day, e.g., for a birthday? Let us know, and we can ship the order on your preferred date. After shipping, delivery often takes 1 to 2 business days. As we have no control over this ourselves, we are not responsible for the courier company delivering the order late.
What are the payment options?
It is possible to pay in various ways, e.g. with iDeal Wero, Klarna Pay Later or with a credit card. All options are listed at the bottom of the page. At events, it is possible to pay by debit card.

Can I put together a gift box myself?
Yes, that's possible! Let us know your wishes! You can choose from all products in our assortment. Do you have another great idea? We'll find it for you!
I would like to order multiple gift boxes for business purposes, is that possible?
Yes, absolutely! Let us know what you have in mind or ask us about the possibilities.
It's also possible, for example, to have a Christmas hamper put together for the holidays or to purchase a gift voucher for your staff. Of course, we'll make sure all gifts and gift cards are beautifully wrapped!
How can I personalize a gift box?
With every gift box, we include a lovely greeting card. We'll write your personal message on the card! Our cards are of high quality. Most cards are from Kaartjes van Maaike. Would you like to add an extra product to the gift box or do you have your own ideas? That's also possible, just let us know!
Jewellery FAQs
What material is the jewelry made of?
We only sell good quality jewelry. Most of our jewelry is made of stainless steel. Some jewelry is gold-plated, which means the jewelry has a thin layer of 14K / 18K gold.
The jewelry is waterproof and hypoallergenic.
Can I return jewelry?
Jewellery that has not been worn can be returned in its original packaging. This means that the jewellery box or pouch in which your jewellery is packaged must also be returned. Earrings may not be returned if they have been worn, due to hygiene reasons. If possible, we send the earrings in a sealed bag. If the seal is broken, the earrings cannot be returned.
How do I care for my jewelry?
With your order, you will receive a card with all the care tips!
Can I also send jewelry as a gift?
That is certainly possible. Fill in the recipient's address and we will ship the jewelry directly to them. Don't forget to choose a personalized card/message.
